I felt like sharing this quick Linkedin tip that can help your site get more traffic based on 2 things (FYI)…
1. I was going through my connections and almost 4 out of 5 people haven’t done this…
and
2. Everyone needs to know this… IT WORKS!!!
When you put your website information into “LinkedIn” you probably are just like everybody else (including myself) and see the tab that says “Company Website” and click it then enter your URL/Web Address. This is what you are suppose to do… or at least that’s what it seems like!
When you do this your profile ends up looking like this

Looks about normal but there is a quick 10 second change you can do that looks better and is more attractive that makes people want to “click” on your link and take a look at your website…
So here is the LinkedIn Tip…
Go into your account settings to edit your profile on LinkedIn… Click on Edit next to your website… you will see something like this…

Instead of clicking “Company Website” … Simply “click” Other and type in the name of your company or a keyword about your company … This will stand out to the potential customer that is looking at your profile. When they don’t see “Company Website” it makes them curious and then …. CLICK! They are on your website because of something that took you 5-10 seconds to change (depending on how fast you type it may be 15 seconds … don’t be mad if this happens)
I hope this helps all of you!
Take Care!
